Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from RAPID SYSTEM, through our physical store and official website. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. This policy is subject to change without prior notice.

1. Scope of Sales

We sell products through

  • Offline (Physical Store)
  • Online (Our own website https://rapidsystem.in)

Products sold include but not limited to

  • Refurbished laptops and computers
  • Newly assembled desktop PCs
  • New computer accessories and peripherals
  • New internal components (RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, CPU, GPU, etc.)
  • Networking products (routers, switches)
  • CCTV systems and accessories
  • Antivirus software (K7 – license-based)

2. Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the invoice date / delivery date.
  • All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by RAPID SYSTEM after the product is received by us.

3. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only if

  • It is reported within the return window
  • It is received in its original condition
  • All original packaging, box, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are intact
  • There are no signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering

Return acceptance is solely at the discretion of RAPID SYSTEM after product evaluation. If the product is not eligible for return, the customer needs to pay for the delivery costs. 

4. Replacement & Refund Policy

Replacement

  • Replacement is provided only for genuine manufacturing defects
  • Replacement will be offered first
  • Replacement is subject to product availability

Refund

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not available
  • Customer may choose between refund or replacement by contacting customer support
  • Final decision on refund approval rests with {{Business Name}}

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed via
    • Original payment method, or
    • UPI / Bank transfer
  • Refunds will be completed within 14 working days from the date of approval

6. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • DOA claims must be reported within 1 day of delivery or purchase
  • DOA replacement/refund is subject to verification and inspection

7. Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

  • Most new products carry manufacturer warranty only
  • Customers may be required to visit the authorized service centre
  • Assistance from our shop is provided subject to our discretion

Assembled Desktop PCs

  • Warranty for assembled PCs is provided as stated at the time of purchase
  • Standard warranty is up to 1 year or more, depending on components

Refurbished Products

  • Refurbished laptops and PCs come with 1-month checking warranty only
  • This covers functional issues, not physical or accidental damage

8. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund

  • Software and antivirus license keys (including K7)
  • Installed operating systems or software services
  • Used or refurbished products beyond the checking warranty
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair

We may assist customers with software-related issues, but no refunds will be issued.

9. Rejected Returns

Returns will be rejected if any of the following are found

  • Physical damage
  • Burn marks or electrical damage
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Signs of tampering or seal broken
  • Wrong usage by customer
  • Missing box, accessories, cables, or documentation

10. Inspection & Final Decision

  • All returned products will be thoroughly inspected
  • Approval or rejection of return, replacement, or refund is final and binding
  • RAPID SYSTEM reserves the right to refuse service if policy conditions are not met

11. Policy Changes

This policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Customers are advised to review the policy before every purchase.
