  • We offer shipping within Tamil Nadu and to other states in India.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Within Tamil Nadu: Free Shipping
  • Other States: Flat-rate shipping charges apply (as displayed at checkout)

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within up to 3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • This includes verification, testing (especially for refurbished products), and secure packaging.
  • Processing time may be longer for:
    • Assembled desktop PCs
    • Refurbished laptops or systems requiring additional checks

4. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Once dispatched, the expected delivery time is up to 10 working days, depending on the destination and courier service.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, holidays, or regional restrictions.

5. Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • Shipping partners are selected by us based on serviceability and reliability.
  • Customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for any orders.
  • All orders must be fully prepaid at the time of purchase.

7. Packaging & Dispatch Verification

  • All products are thoroughly checked, tested, and securely packed before dispatch.
  • We take necessary precautions to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

8. Transit Damage & Unboxing Policy

  • Customers are strongly advised to record an unboxing video at the time of delivery.
  • In case of visible damage, missing items, or product issues:
    • The issue must be reported immediately upon delivery or within the time specified in our Return & Refund Policy.
    • Unboxing video may be required for verification and claim processing.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of claims related to transit damage.

9. Delivery Issues

  • Delays caused due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery are not our responsibility.
  • Re-shipping charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer.

10. Risk & Responsibility

  • Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
  • Any claims related to damage or defects are handled strictly as per our Return & Refund Policy.
